Purbanchal University to Hold Two-Day International Conference

Purbanchal University is set to organize a two-day international conference. The conference will be held at the university’s central office premises in Gothgaun, Morang, from 2082 Magh 29 to 2082 Falgun 1. This was informed during a press conference held here today.
The conference, titled “Envisioning the Future of the Himalayas: Pathways to Sustainability and Development,” is expected to bring together more than 300 participants, including academicians, policymakers, researchers, and students from 12 countries. The participating countries include Nepal, India, Norway, Ukraine, Thailand, South Africa, Bangladesh, and the United States.
According to the conference coordinator and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Bholanath Sharma Ghimire, 150 participants will present their study and research papers. He stated that discussions will be held on the topics presented during the conference.
