
Application Open for Participation in the First Convocation Ceremony (2081)
The Central Examination and Records Office of Rajarshi Janak University, Janakpurdham, Nepal, announces that students can now apply offline or online to participate in the First Convocation Ceremony (2081).
Only those students who have passed their undergraduate or postgraduate level under the semester examination system and received their transcripts by Jestha 5, 2082, or will complete the level by that date, are eligible to apply.
Eligible graduates must submit their application—either offline or online—following the procedure outlined below. Applications must reach the Central Examination and Records Office by Jestha 20, 2082.

Required Documents for Online Application
While submitting the online application form, applicants must upload the following:

MRP-size photograph

Citizenship certificate

Scan copy of the transcript of the completed level
After submitting the online form, all PDF documents must be printed and safely kept. These documents must be presented at the designated branch of the Examination and Records Office to receive an official seal when collecting convocation materials such as a gown and scarf, following the publication of the detailed event schedule.

Additional Notes

Up to two guardians may accompany each graduate. An additional non-refundable fee of NPR 300 per guardian will be charged.

Important Reminders

A maintenance charge of NPR 300 will be deducted from the gown/scarf deposit.

Graduates must collect their original certificates within one year of the convocation ceremony. Failure to do so will result in additional late penalty charges as per RJU regulations.
