CTEVT Rescheduled and Re-Examination Notice 2082

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an urgent notice about the rescheduling of postponed examinations and re-examination of destroyed answer sheets for Diploma, Certificate, and Pre-Diploma levels.

Background Information

Earlier, CTEVT had conducted several annual and partial examinations under different programs such as:

  • Diploma Level: First Year Second Part, Second Year Second Part, and Third Year Second Part

  • Pre-Diploma (18-Month Program): Including the (12+6) month structure

The exams were scheduled between 2082/04/16 to 2082/05/27 and had been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

During this period, answer sheets stored in different police offices for security purposes were destroyed in fire incidents caused by the difficult situation that occurred across the country.

Decisions of the Examination Committee

According to the decision made by the Examination Committee on 2082/06/10, the following arrangements have been finalized:

  • Postponed Examinations: Will be conducted again from 2082/07/30 as per the updated timetable.

  • Re-Examinations for Destroyed Answer Sheets: Will start from 2082/08/04, following the official examination schedule.

All re-examinations will begin at 7:00 AM in the morning.

Important Details

  • The destroyed answer sheets had been stored in police offices for protection.

  • Due to the fire, those papers were completely damaged and cannot be evaluated.

  • Therefore, the affected students must attend the re-examinations.

  • The re-exams will be conducted according to the official timetable published by the Examination Control Office.
