Khadhya Byabastha Tatha Byapar Company Limited hereby announces the examination program and guidelines for various posts in Internal Competition, open and inclusive. Please read the following information carefully as it provides essential details regarding the examination center, guidelines, and additional precautions to ensure a safe and fair examination process.
Examination Center:
1. The examination center for the AP (open and inclusive) competitive written examination has been determined as follows:
- Location: PSC Office, Anamnagar, Kathmandu
COVID-19:
2. Candidates with confirmed COVID-19 infection must report to the special examination center at Food Management and Trade Company Limited at least 3 (three) hours before the commencement of the examination.
Guidelines for Candidates:
3. Use only dot pens or pens with black ink while filling out the answer sheet.
- Admit cards are mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates without admit cards will not be admitted to the examination. Please ensure you bring your admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
- Prohibited items: Candidates are not allowed to carry bags, mobile phones, or any other electronic devices inside the examination hall.
- Unexpected holidays: Even in the case of an unexpected holiday, the scheduled examination program will not be canceled without prior notice from the Commission.
- Answers to multiple-choice questions: Only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, or D will be recognized for objective multiple-choice questions.
- Required documents: Along with the admit card, candidates must bring their citizenship card or a government-issued photo ID card for verification purposes.
Compliance with Examination Norms:
9. The examination will be conducted in compliance with the norms related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission in special cases of transition.
Health Declaration and COVID-19 Measures:
10. All examinees must fill out the self-declaration form regarding their health condition through the electronic means provided on the website of Food Management and Trade Company Limited.
- Candidates infected with COVID-19 should inform the Food Management and Trade Company Limited in advance to arrange a special examination center for them.
Additional Precautions for Candidates during COVID-19:
12. Wear a mask: Candidates must wear a mask before entering the examination center and throughout the examination period.
- Personal hygiene: Candidates should bring sanitizer and drinking water for personal use.
- Arrival time: Candidates should arrive at the examination center 1 hour before the scheduled examination time.
- Social distancing: Maintain a distance of 2 (two) meters while entering the examination center, leaving the premises, and using the toilet facilities. Follow the designated paths and avoid crowding.
- No group gatherings: Candidates should refrain from gathering and engaging in conversations in groups.
- Compliance with instructions: All personnel assigned to the examination must fully comply with the instructions provided for the smooth conduct of the examination.
