CTEVT Diploma Semester Exam Form Submission Notice

Examination Control Office, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur - This is an urgent notice for all educational institutions conducting diploma-level programs under the semester system, under CTEVT's constituent, partnership, community, and private sectors. The regular and partial exams for the following programs will be conducted in Shrawan/Bhadra:

Diploma in Engineering programs
Hotel Management
Food and Dairy Technology
Social Works
Entrepreneurship Development
Beauty and Cosmetology
Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science)

The notice applies to first-year second-semester, second-year second-semester, and third-year second-semester exams. Institutions must ensure all eligible students submit their exam forms by 2082 Ashad 27 with regular fees, or by 2082 Shrawan 2 with late fees.

The same exam period also applies to programs under the Special Scholarship Program (Dalit, Muslim, and Economically Disadvantaged Groups) for:

Civil
Civil (Specialization in Hydropower)
Automobile
Geomatics
Electrical
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Information Technology
Food and Dairy Technology
Hotel Management
Entrepreneurship Development
Agriculture (Plant and Animal Science)

Students under these categories are also required to submit forms within the above dates.

Important Conditions

Institutions must print and distribute exam forms from the ITMS Online portal using their login. Regular students' forms must be printed on white A4 paper, and partial on yellow A4.
Semester exam fees per student:
- Constituent, Community, and Partnership Institutions: Rs. 500
- Private Institutions: Rs. 2,000
- Late fees: Double the regular fee
- If the form is not entered in ITMS within the regular period, late fee will apply automatically
Partial exam fees:
- One subject (theory or practical): Rs. 300
- Each additional subject: Rs. 150
- Late fee: Double the total fee per student
Exam forms must be categorized and submitted separately by course, subject, and curriculum (old/new), including the fee deposit slip, to the respective provincial offices by the given deadline.
The original bank voucher must be uploaded to ITMS Online by the day after the final form submission dates (for both regular and late submissions).
Scholarship students under regular semester programs do not need to pay exam fees.
Only students registered from academic year 2076/77 (2019 AD onwards) are eligible for partial exams.
Online forms for all programs must be entered into the web-based system, arranged according to summary form order, and printed for submission.
For internal evaluation (NQ) failed partial students, internal marks must be entered separately in the form and ITMS, printed and submitted with official seal.
Only internal evaluation passed students can sit for the final exam. If a student has failed internal but appears in the final, their exam will be automatically cancelled.
If the student has been transferred from another institution, the name of the previous institution and transfer letter must be attached.

Original bank deposit slips must be attached with the form. Late deposits beyond deadlines will incur double penalties.

Student form submission to institutions: From 2082-03-13 to 2082-03-27 (till 3:00 PM)
Regular fee online entry by institutions: From 2082-03-15 to 2082-03-27
Regular fee deposit deadline: By 2082-03-29
Late fee form submission by students: From 2082-03-29 to 2082-04-02
Late fee online entry by institutions: From 2082-03-29 to 2082-04-02
Final late fee deposit deadline: By 2082-04-04
Symbol Number Generation: Online entry must be completed by 2082-03-27 (for regular) and by 2082-04-02 (for late).
Training Completion: All institutions must complete practical and theoretical instruction as per the course syllabus.
For institutions paying through ITMS Online: Institutions must print the admit card, sign it, and distribute it with the official seal.
Document Submission: All required documents (summary form, voucher, etc.) must be submitted to the respective provincial CTEVT office by 2082-04-05 within office hours.
