CTEVT One-Subject Re-Exam Form Notice for Pre-Diploma Programs
Notice from Examination Control Office, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur - This is an urgent notice regarding the submission of examination application forms for the one-subject re-examination of the pre-diploma level.
As per Rule 3(Kha)(4) of the Examination Regulations 2071, students enrolled in pre-diploma programs (including the 24-month Apprenticeship Program) in constituent, partnership, community schools, and private institutions affiliated with or approved by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), who:

Were registered in 2080 as regular students and appeared in the 2081 Kartik/Mangsir (12+6) or Poush (15+3) annual exams, or
-
Were registered in 2079 and appeared in the 2081 Kartik/Mangsir 24-month Apprenticeship annual exam,
Those who have failed in only one theoretical subject are eligible to apply for this one-subject re-examination by submitting a form through their respective institution along with a fee of Rs. 200 (Two Hundred Rupees only).
All institutions are required to collect the forms from eligible students and submit them as per the details mentioned below.
Conditions

Institutions must log in to their ITMS Online account to print and distribute student application forms.

Application forms of partial (one-subject) candidates must be entered into ITMS Online. The final compiled files (including form, summary, exam sheet roll, and admit card with official seal) must be submitted along with the payment receipt to the relevant provincial CTEVT office.

A photocopy of the mark ledger or transcript from the previous examination conducted by the Examination Control Office must be attached to each application form.

Applications that do not meet the stated conditions or are submitted after the deadline will not be processed.

If institutions submit forms for students who do not meet the conditions and those students take the exam, their results will be automatically cancelled. The concerned institutions will face action under CTEVT's Act, Rules, and Regulations.

Application forms with corrections made using correction fluid or tape will not be accepted.

Exam Centers: One center will be assigned per province. The list of exam centers will be published one week in advance.
