
NEB Grade 12 Supplementary Exam 2082 Revised Routine
Nepal Government, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office (Grade 11 and 12), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published the revised timetable for the Grade 12 Supplementary (Make-Up) Examination.
Students who appeared as regular candidates in the Grade 12 annual examination conducted in Baisakh 2082 (with registration numbers starting with 81) and received a minimum of grade D or higher in other theoretical subjects but received NG (Not Graded) in up to two subjects, or were absent in up to two subjects, or received NG/absent in one subject, are eligible to participate.
This examination was postponed earlier due to special reasons. The revised schedule has now been fixed as follows for the information of all concerned.

Day 1: 2082 Ashoj 7, Tuesday

Compulsory English (0041)

For candidates appearing for only one subject, they must appear on this day regardless of the subject.

For candidates appearing for two subjects, they must take the subject with the smaller code number on the first day.

If appearing for both Compulsory English (0041) and Compulsory Nepali (0021), the English exam will be held on the first day and Nepali on the second day.

Day 2: 2082 Ashoj 8, Wednesday

Candidates appearing for two subjects must take the subject with the larger code number on the second day.

Compulsory English (0041) will not be held on this day.

Important Notes

The supplementary examination will be conducted only for two days.

Candidates appearing for one subject must take the exam on the first day (2082/06/07), regardless of the subject.

The Compulsory English (0041) exam will be held only on the first day.

For candidates appearing for two subjects, the smaller code number subject must be taken on the first day. (In case of Compulsory Nepali (0021) and Compulsory English (0041), the exam for English will be held first even if 0021 is the smaller code.)

No alternative arrangement will be made for candidates absent as per the schedule.

The exam will not be postponed due to any sudden holiday unless pre-notified by the Examination Control Office.

Students must bring necessary materials such as graph paper, charts, log tables, and Goswara vouchers themselves.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. If found, the exam will be cancelled.

Students must reach the exam center 15 minutes before the start of the exam and enter the hall on time.

Students must attend the exam from the previously designated exam center. Details of exam centers are available on the NEB website.

Exams must be taken from the assigned exam center. Center changes are not allowed.
