SEE 2082 Registration Form Notice for Class 10

Nepal Government, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office Class 10 Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Notice Regarding Filling Registration Forms for Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082.

This notice is published for the information of all students, schools, education departments/sections of local levels, Education Development and Coordination Units, and Education Development Directorates regarding the registration process for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082. Students currently studying in class 10 in regular, traditional (Sanskrit Vedavidyashram/Gurukul/Madrasa/Gonpa), and technical streams for the academic year 2082 must fill registration forms between 12th Baishakh 2082 and 11th Jestha 2082.

1. For students currently studying in class 10 in schools including regular, traditional, and technical streams:

(a) Students currently studying in class 10 as regular students in general, traditional, and technical streams must have passed the annual examination of class 8 or equivalent in the grading system. For letter grading system (2072-2077), students must have obtained at least D+ grade in compulsory subjects, for 2078 and 2079 at least D grade, and for 2080 they must have a grade sheet with GPA disclosed. Students must submit copies of these documents (certified by the principal) along with a copy of their birth certificate. Students must attach a recent passport-size photo in school uniform at the designated place and submit the form with a revenue fee of Rs. 300/- between 12th Baishakh 2082 and 11th Jestha 2082. Students unable to submit within this period can submit between 12th Jestha 2082 and 18th Jestha 2082 with a late fee, totaling Rs. 600/-.

(b) Students who studied class 9 in other schools and transferred to schools with matching subjects (transfers not allowed if subjects don't match) must have their complete records maintained for registration.

(c) Schools must verify students' names, birth dates, parents' names correctly and certify them to prevent future discrepancies. The forms with revenue fee details must be submitted to the respective Education Development and Coordination Unit by 25th Jestha 2082. The fee must be deposited under revenue heading No. 14223.

(d) Students from open and alternative schools and informal adult schools must also fill registration forms within the same period.

2. This form is filled for registration purposes for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 for general, traditional, and technical stream students. Students who do not fill this form will not be allowed to participate in the SEE examination of that year.

3. Since this year's registration will be valid up to the secondary level, student details such as name (in Nepali/English), date of birth, and other information must be verified carefully before filling to avoid future discrepancies.

4. Students appearing in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 must have completed 14 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2082.

5. Education Development and Coordination Units must complete online entry and verification of registration forms according to the following schedule:

Note:

Students must fill registration forms only from the school where they are currently studying. Forms filled from multiple schools/districts/locations will be automatically cancelled. Dual registration is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in examination cancellation, and the person/institution responsible will be held accountable.

Students must fill 2 copies of the form. The registration number field should be left blank for now. The Examination Control Office will provide soft copies with registration numbers to Education Development and Coordination Units. These units will have schools print the registration slips, affix student photos, get them certified by principals, and distribute them to students.
