Nepal Open University Opens Second Semester Examination Application Form
Nepal Open University, Office of the Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Education, Manbhawan, Lalitpur, has opened the application form for the second semester end-term external examination. According to the notice published on 2083 Asar 25, students appearing for regular and retake examinations under the second semester of MPhil, Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Diploma programs may submit the examination application.
The university has informed students to fill out the application form for the examination from 2083 Asar 25 to 2083 Saun 14. The examination schedule will be published later.
Application Process and Fee Payment
Application Method: Students must fill out the online examination application form through the Student Panel available on the university website, www.nou.edu.np.
Bank for Fee Deposit: Global IME Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch.

Payment Process: Before filling out the form, students must deposit the outstanding tuition fee and examination fee in the stated bank account. While depositing the amount, the bank voucher must clearly mention the depositor’s name and roll number. The examination application form can be filled only after scanning and uploading the bank voucher online.

As mentioned in the notice, students from the following programs and batches may participate in the examination:
1. Under the MPhil in Social Science Program
M Phil in Political Science: Regular examination for the second semester of the 2081 winter Batch and retake examination for the 2076, 2077, 2078, 2079, and 2080 winter Batches.
M Phil in Sociology: Regular examination for the second semester of the 2081 winter Batch and retake examination for the 2076, 2077, 2078, 2079, and 2080 winter Batches.
M Phil in Economics: Regular examination for the second semester of the 2081 winter Batch and retake examination for the 2076, 2077, 2078, 2079, and 2080 winter Batches.
M Phil in English: Regular examination for the second semester of the 2081 winter Batch and retake examination for the 2076 and 2080 winter Batches.
M Phil in Anthropology: Retake examination for the second semester of the 2076 winter Batch.
2. Under the MPhil in Education Program
M Phil in English Education, M Phil in Nepali Education, M Phil in Education Studies, M Phil in Health Education, and MPhil in Mathematics programs, as shown in the notice.
