In the academic session of 2077, students studying in a general and technical stream in class 9, to be included in the regular SEE examination of 2078, and students studying in open and informal adult schools to be included in the regular SEE examination of 2077. For filling up the registration form 2076 Poush 16th to Magh 2077 Magh 21st.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned students, schools, local-level education branch, education development and coordination unit, national examination board branch office, and state education development directorate.
1) For general and technical students currently studying in class 9 in schools:
A) Students who are currently studying as regular students in class 9, including general and technical students, should attach a copy of the certificate (D + Obtained in all compulsory subjects) and a certificate of birth certificate (certified by the headmaster) before the academic session 2076, or earlier. A recent passport-size photograph of the school uniform is affixed to the designated location; From 16th of Poush 2077 to 21 Magh, you will have to fill in the form through the school where you are studying along with the revenue fee.
B) The concerned schools will have to verify the names, birth dates, parents' names of the students studying in their schools regularly (verified without any later difference) and submit the form to the Education Development and Coordination Unit along with the revenue fee by end of Magh 2077 BS.
C) Even the schools on the technical side will have to fill the registration form within the mentioned date. The form remains the same. Registration forms will be available from the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
2) For students studying in open alternative and informal adult schools:
A) Fill in the form in the specified place by attaching 2 copies of recent passport size photo by attaching the certificate certified by the concerned headmaster by fulfilling all the other conditions specified in the distance education / open learning program operation guideline (with amendment) 2063. The prescribed revenue along with the fee should be submitted to the concerned school by 21st of Magh.
Students on the Open Alternative side have passed the Class VIII or similar examination as per the guidelines and have passed the Lower Secondary Education Examination (Class VIII) for two years (before the academic session 2074 or earlier) (verified after this information is published by the certifying body) and birth certificate A copy of the certificate (up to 16 years of age within the Chaitra end of the year of enrollment as per the guidelines) should be certified and submitted by the headmaster.
In the case of an informal adult school or open alternative school, the units will have to look at the school license and other documents and select the students as per the guidelines.
B) The students studying in the informal adult school have fulfilled all the conditions specified in the informal school operation guideline 2065 for adults by attaching the documents certified by the concerned headmaster, and 2 recent passport size photos should be affixed in the specified place and submitted to the concerned school along with the prescribed revenue fee by 2077 Magh21.
C) Students of open and alternative schools and informal adult schools will have to fill both registration and application forms.
3) This form is for general and technical students to appear in the SEE examination 2078 and for open, alternative, and informal adult school students to appear in the 2077 SSE examination; Students who do not fill out this form will not be able to appear for this year's SSE exam, as it will be filled for registration purposes.
4) Students filling up the form should have reached the age as per Rule 7056 of the Education Regulations 2059 (with amendments) when joining the SEE examination of the year 2075 (having date of birth till the end of Chaitra 2064).
5) Registration fee is fixed at Rs. 300 per student. All the schools will have to verify the form filled by the students and submit the registration fee to the concerned education development and coordination unit by mid-January 2077 BS. In addition, all the Education Development and Coordination Units will have to submit the registration fee along with the form to the bank by 2077 Falgun8. The examination fee should be filed in Revenue Account No. 14223.
As there is no arrangement to fill the form by paying the late fee, the form will have to be filled within the said period.
As the details submitted by filling the registration form in class 9 last year have been completed by the concerned Education Development and Coordination Units, the details have to be verified through the concerned school and sent to the National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Class 10 by 2077 Magh 15.
Note: Students will only need to fill out the registration form from the school where they are studying regularly. If it is found to be filled from more than one school/district/place, both the forms will be canceled automatically. Do not do the work of filling up the double registration and if you do not do that work then the exam will be canceled and those involved in that work will be punished.
