Dungeshwor Rural Municipality (डुङ्गेश्वर गाउँपालिका), also written as Dungeshwar Rural Municipality, is a rural municipality in Dailekh District of Karnali Province, Nepal. Its administrative center is located at Danda Parajul, Dailekh.

The rural municipality was formed on Falgun 27, 2073 BS during Nepal’s federal restructuring process. It was created by merging the former Village Development Committees of Belpata, Lakuri, Awal Parajul, and Danda Parajul. The municipality has six wards, covers 105.20 square kilometers, and has 3,399 households. According to the 2021 National Census details published by the municipality, its total population is 14,533.
