LIC Nepal Limited (Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited) was established in 2001 as a Life Insurance Company in Nepal. LIC Nepal was incorporated jointly with LIC India (55% ownership of the company is held), Vishal Group (25% ownership) and the general public (20% ownership).
