Bagmati Province University Notice to Settle Outstanding Liabilities
As per the decision of the Bagmati Province Council of Ministers dated 2082/08/09, and in accordance with the “Criteria for Selection of Constituent Campuses, 2082” approved by the Provincial Higher Education Council, an agreement is in progress for Hetauda Campus, Hetauda, Makwanpur, to operate as a constituent campus of Bagmati Province University.
Required Action
Individuals, firms, and institutions that have any outstanding liabilities, including financial obligations or pending transactions, with the said campus are informed to contact the concerned campus and settle their obligations within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The concerned campus is also informed through this notice to make arrangements to settle such liabilities prior to entering into the agreement.
Clarification on Liability Transfer
Any financial liability of this campus prior to the agreement with the university will not be transferred to Bagmati Province University. This notice is issued to inform all concerned accordingly.
