Covid-19 Update: In the Last 24 Hours, 2428 People Infected in Nepal:
The number of corona infections in Nepal is increasing every day. The number of confirmed corona infections on Thursday was 2,428. Of the 10,448 tests, that number confirmed the infection. In 24 hours, 10,001 RT PCR tests and 447 antigen tests were performed.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 5 has died due to coronavirus infection during this period.
Of the Covid-19 infected people added today, 987 are from Kathmandu, 106 from Lalitpur, and 81 from Bhaktapur. Thus, the infection was confirmed in 1,174 people in Kathmandu Valley on Thursday.
According to the ministry, the highest number of people infected in a single day are 575 people in the age group of 20 to 29 years and 555 people in the age group of 30 to 39 years. The covid-19 infection has been confirmed in 188 people between the ages of 10 and 19.
So far, the total number of infected people in the country is two lakh 92 thousand 152, the total number of deaths is three thousand 117 and the number of RT PCR tests is 23 lakh 79 thousand 402.
