Far Western University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, Notice Regarding Application Form for the Sixth Convocation Ceremony (2083)

Far Western University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, has published a notice regarding the application form for students who wish to participate in the Sixth Convocation Ceremony (2083).

According to the notice issued by Controller of Examinations Anuradha Rokaya, eligible students must submit their applications online.

Eligibility and Time Period

Students who passed the semester and annual examination systems at the bachelor’s level, master’s level, and M.Phil. level, and obtained their transcripts, from 2081 Falgun 19 to 2082 Chaitra 30, corresponding to March 03, 2025 to April 13, 2026, will be eligible to participate in this convocation ceremony.

Only those who complete the PhD level within the same period will also be eligible to apply.

Application Dates and Process

Interested students who have completed the above-mentioned levels and already received their transcripts must apply online through the website of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Far Western University: https://convocation.fwu.edu.np

The application form must be submitted online in the prescribed format from Friday, 2082 Chaitra 20 to Friday, 2083 Baisakh 04.

Applicants have been informed to follow all instructions provided in the online application form completely.

Fee Details

The convocation fee and the deposit amount for the gown, scarf, and cap must be paid online.

The published fee structure is as follows:

• Level: Bachelor’s
  Convocation Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 1,500
  Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 4,000
  Total: Rs. 5,500

• Level: Master’s
  Convocation Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 2,000
  Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 4,000
  Total: Rs. 6,000

• Level: M.Phil.
  Convocation Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 2,000
  Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 4,000
  Total: Rs. 6,000

• Level: PhD
  Convocation Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 2,000
  Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 4,000
  Total: Rs. 6,000

Other Important Information and Rules

• Mandatory Payment: To participate in the convocation ceremony, both the convocation fee and the deposit amount must be paid compulsorily.

• Photographs Required: When coming to collect the gown, scarf, and cap, students must submit two copies of MRP-size photographs.

• Guardian Participation Fee: If a guardian is to attend the ceremony, an additional fee of Rs. 250 per guardian, non-refundable, must also be deposited online.
