Farwestern University Announces Form Filling for 3rd Convocation (2079)

Farwestern University's Examination Control Office in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, has recently published a notice inviting interested students to apply for the 3rd Convocation ceremony to be held soon. Here are the important details of the announcement.

Eligibility Criteria

Only students who have passed graduation and post-graduate level exams between 2078 Asoj 01 and 2079 Kartik 30 (September 17, 2021 to November 16, 2022) are eligible to fill the application form.

Form Collection Centers

Students interested in participating in the convocation ceremony can fill their application form from Farwestern University, Examination Control Office, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, and other affiliated campuses between Tuesday, Falgun 09, 2079, to Thursday, Chaitra 09, 2079. The campuses where the application form can be filled are as follows:

• Darchula Multiple Campus, Khalanga, Darchula
• Gokuleswar Multiple Campus, Gokuleswar, Darchula
• Jagannath Multiple Campus, Gothlapani, Baitadi
• Tikapur Multiple Campus, Tikapur, Kailali
• Durgalakshmi Multiple Campus, Attaria, Kailali
• Jai Prithvi Multiple Campus, Bhopur, Bavang
• Badimalika Campus, Budhiganga, Bajura

Application Form Details

1. The application form will be available from Tuesday, Falgun 09, 2079.
2. The form can be collected by paying Rs. 50 at the Examination Control Office Mahendranagar or related center.
3. Two copies of MRP size photograph, copy of citizenship certificate, copy of transcript, and grace number check should be attached with the application form.
4. The convocation fee and gown/scarf fee must be paid in the amount specified and deposited in the designated account.

Submission Details

• The application form, along with the bank voucher, should be submitted to Farwestern University, Examination Control Office, or the form collection center.
• After submitting the form, students must collect the income receipt and grace number mentioned with the application form to receive their convocation slip.

Additional Information

• Students who didn't pass the exam, aren't on the grace list, or submitted their application form after the deadline will not be accepted.
• Parents who have been transferred will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 250 (non-refundable).
• Both the convocation fee and gown/scarf fee must be paid to participate in the ceremony.
