Kaski's Motherland Secondary School, a leading educational institution in Nepal, recently honored the venerable teacher Gangadhar Timilsina for her extensive contribution to the promotion and preservation of the Nepali language.

Over the years, Timilsina has garnered respect and admiration for her commitment to the Nepali language. Not only has she invested substantial time and effort in teaching the language, but she has also played a pivotal role in the enhancement of the linguistic knowledge of Nepali subjects among her students.

The Award and Recognition

In recognition of her enduring dedication, Timilsina has been bestowed with an award of Rs 10,111 and a Certificate of Appreciation. These honors bear testimony to her profound contribution towards the development and preservation of the Nepali language, both as an educator and a writer.

The Ceremony: A Tribute to a Luminary

The ceremony was graced by well-known figures like the senior writer Sarubhakta, author Saraswati Shrestha, Dr. Tribhuvan Sharma, the Director of Motherland Secondary School, and Principal Narayan Baral. Born in December 1999 in Pokhara Metropolitan City-23 Chainpur, Timilsina has dedicated her life to the noble profession of teaching. Spanning a remarkable career of almost four decades, she served as the headmaster of Barahi Secondary School of Pokhara Metropolitan City-5 for 21 years.
