Hope Educational Academy Proposes Name Change to Prakriti Pathshala

Hope Educational Academy, operating in Ward No. 7 of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Kathmandu, has proposed changing its existing name to Prakriti Pathshala.
As the school name change process has moved forward, the municipality has issued a 35-day public notice calling for the submission of any financial claims, objections, or disputes related to the matter.
According to the Education, Youth and Sports Section, Danchi, under the Office of the Municipal Executive, the school operated by Hope Educational Academy Pvt. Ltd. submitted an application requesting the name change.
In connection with the proposed new name, the municipality has called on all concerned individuals or institutions to submit an application with evidence if there are any outstanding financial transactions with the school or any other claims or objections.
Stakeholders who wish to submit a claim or objection must file an application with supporting evidence at the Education, Youth and Sports Section of the municipality within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The municipality has also clarified that no action will be taken on any claims or objections received after the specified 35-day deadline.
