The selected candidate for this post will be responsible for coordinating work related to the Student Service Office, addressing student complaints, and managing student records, among other duties.
Responsibilities Related to the Post
- Serve as the first point of contact for currently enrolled students, respond to inquiries, and address questions.
- Coordinate with various departments and senior management to address student complaints.
- Coordinate with Associate Program Heads and teachers on behalf of students to address academic appeals and academic matters.
- Supervise Student Service Office staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Manage and update student files, ensure that relevant statutory documents are included in the files, and keep the files organized for internal and external inspections.
- Coordinate with the Operation and Admission Manager to keep the College Information Management System updated.
- Coordinate Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) and External Curricular Activities (ECAs).
- Answer calls from students and guardians in a professional and supportive manner and record messages as accurately as possible.
- Monitor students’ pastoral care and work as a contact person between students and relevant professional individuals.
