Kohalpur municipality Announces Lockdown for One Week (Baishakh 12 to 19):
The Kohalpur municipality of Banke will also be lockdown after the corona infection got out of control. After the corona infection has spread to the community level, lockdown is going on in Nepalgunj from 9 to 15th Baishakh.
Chief of Kohalpur Municipality Lut Bahadur Rawat said that they had to fight after the corona infection started increasing in the Kohalpur area on a daily basis.
The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the Kohalpur Municipality-level COVID-19 Prevention and Control Committee on Saturday. After the decision, there will be a lockdown in Kohallapur Municipality from 12 noon on Baishakh 12 to Baishakh 19.
During the lockdown period, no work other than urgent work will be allowed in the Kohalpur Municipality area.
