The Lumbini Province Government, Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, has recommended promotions to vacant 11th level posts of the Provincial Civil Service based on performance evaluation. In accordance with the Promotion Committee’s decision dated 2082/11/01, employees from various services and groups have been recommended for promotion.
This promotion process was advanced based on a notice published by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission on 2082/08/26. Published for the purpose of Section 42 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080, this notice includes posts under the Health, Engineering, Forest, and Education services.
Under the Health service, recommendations have been made for the posts of Chief Public Health Administrator, Chief Consultant Medical Generalist, Chief Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chief Consultant Surgeon, Chief Consultant Anesthesiologist, Chief Consultant General Physician, Chief Consultant Pediatrician, Chief Consultant Dermatologist, and Chief Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon. Likewise, under the Engineering service, a recommendation has been made for the post of Superintendent Engineer; under the Forest service, for the post of Director General; and under the Education service, for the post of Joint Secretary/Director General.
The promotion recommendations have been made for vacant posts under 12 different notice numbers for the 11th level.
Among the recommended candidates, Dr. Padam Raj Adhikari, Anil Marasini, Ishwori Prasad Paudel, and Diwakar Bhandari have obtained one hundred percent (100) total marks.
The promotion process has been completed for 9 specialist groups under the Health service and 3 other technical services.
This notice has been published for the purpose of Section 42 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080.
