Lumbini Province Recommends Promotions to Level 11 Posts

The Promotion Committee Secretariat of the Lumbini Province Government has recommended two employees of the Provincial Health Service for promotion to the 11th level. The decision to recommend them for promotion has been made based on seniority and performance evaluation.
The notice states that this process was initiated to fill vacant posts as per the notice published by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission, Butwal, on 2082-08-26 (BS). As per the Promotion Committee’s decision dated 2026-02-11 [2082-10-28 (BS)], the merit order was maintained and the names of the candidates were made public.
Under Promotion Notice No.: 1/2082-083, Roshan Lal Chaudhary has been recommended for the post of Chief Public Health Administrator under the Provincial Health Service, Health Inspection Group. His employee code number is 170445, and he is ranked first in the merit order.
Similarly, under Promotion Notice No.: 3/2082-083, Dr. Mohammad Nurul Hoda has been recommended for the post of Chief Consultant Medical Superintendent under the Provincial Health Service, Medical Generalist Group. His employee code number is 181671.
The Secretariat stated that this notice has been published for the purpose of Section 42 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080.
