Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited is going to issue 2.28 million units of IPO. The company has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue and sale manager for the IPO issue.
An agreement has been reached between the two companies for the issuance and sale of initial shares of Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Limited on August 3, 2021.
The company will issue 30 percent of the total issued capital of 7,600,000 units of shares, or 22,80,000 units of shares. Out of this, the project will issue 760,000 units shares for the affected locals and 15,20,000 units shares for the general public.
Dolma Impact Fund has also invested in the project being constructed by the company.
