Mid-West University has published the list of students who will receive medals and certificates at its fourth convocation ceremony. The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Birendranagar, Surkhet, issued a notice and made public the list for the convocation ceremony to be held on 2083 Ashar 03 (17 June 2026).
The notice, published on 2083/02/20, states that one student from the Dean’s List with the highest CGPA at the master’s level will be awarded the Chancellor Medal, and the student with the highest CGPA at the bachelor’s level will be awarded the Vice-Chancellor Medal.
The list of students receiving the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor medals for achieving the highest overall CGPA at the bachelor’s and master’s levels has also been published. If any student other than those listed in the published name list has grounds to receive medals and certificates, they have been informed to contact the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mid-West University, Surkhet, with evidence by 5:00 PM on 2083 Jestha 25 (8 June 2026) to submit claims and objections. Otherwise, medals and certificates will be distributed as per the same notice.
