Government of Nepal, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, (Staff Administration Branch) Notice regarding inter-local level assignments
1) The details of assignment to the inter-local level work as per the decision of the Ministry dated 2078-08-19 and 2078-08-20 to the employees who have been recommended by the Public Service Commission at the local level and have been permanently appointed and deployed in inter-local level work.
2) As per the attached details, the letter of assignment of the employees assigned to the work can be sent within 7 (seven) days to the emails of both the working local level and the local level assigned to work. Considering the epidemic of Covid-19, the ministry has been tasked to reduce the unnecessary congestion. As hardcopy letter will not be provided, it is requested to be present at the Ministry for the letter and not to make unnecessary crowd.
3) "Criteria related to staff management permanently appointed by the Public Service Commission (with amendments), 2077" and in the notice published in this Ministry on 2078/01/06, without the mentioned documents and without submitting the application as per the criteria. The details are also attached herewith. If your name is not found in the assignment list, all concerned are requested to inform the reason why the decision could not be made through the said details.

5) As the work has been done on the basis of double agreement obtained from the concerned local level as per the criteria, as per the decision of this ministry, the staff assigned to work in accordance with the prevailing law should be informed and the work should be done smoothly and easily.
