National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) - Application Open for Skill Test

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), approved by the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB), announces the application period for the National Vocational Skills Certificate NSTB/NVQS regular side. We invite all eligible Nepali citizens - those not participating in the test, currently employed in the country, or those experienced and returned from foreign employment - to apply.

• Who Can Apply: Nepali citizens not participating in the test, currently employed in the country, or those experienced and returned from foreign employment.
• How to Apply: Submit the application form in person at the skill test center.
• Testing Centres: Various locations as mentioned below.

Test Centres, Occupations and Levels to be Tested:

• Koshi region: Building Electrician, Early Childhood Development Facilitator, Assistant Beautician/Beautician, and others.
• Gangohan Smriti Polytechnic Budiganga: Welding Electrician, Figure Welder/Belder, Motorcycle Service Mechanic, and others.
• Uttarpani Polytechnic School: Agriculture J.T.A., Animal Husbandry J.T.A., Seasonal vegetable grower, and others.
• V.P. Memorial Polytechnic School: Industrial Electrician, Animal Husbandry J.T.A., Welding Electrician, and others.
• Narayani Polytechnic School: Industrial Electrician, Welding Electrician, Bricklayer Gation, and others.
• Gandaki Province: Wilding Electrician, Mobile Phone Repair Technician, Assistant Utician/Butician, and others.

Qualifications for Application:

• For Level 1: At least 1 year of work experience in the related profession.
• For Level 2: 3 years work experience in the profession or having passed the level 1 skill test and having 1 year of work experience.

Application Procedures:

1. Application Collection: Download the notification and application form from the NSTB website or obtain it from designated centers.
2. Submission Deadline: Submit the application form to the designated center by 2060/05/10.
3. Required Documents: Submit 2 recent passport size photographs, Citizenship certificate, Certificate of training or experience, etc.
4. Subsidized Categories: Include women, Dalits, tribals, persons with disabilities, and categories designated by the Government of Nepal.

Incomplete forms, forms not registered within the specified time, and forms not received correctly will be automatically cancelled.
