Nepal Telecom Recommends Promotion for Various Posts Based on Performance Evaluation

Nepal Telecom, Central Office, has recommended employees for promotion on the basis of performance evaluation.

The Position Fulfillment Committee published the recommendation list for various posts on 2082 Chaitra 22 (2082/12/22) through Notice No.: 26.082-83.

Basis of Promotion Recommendation

According to Notice No.: 19/082-83 of the Committee, the recommendation was made from among the candidates who had properly submitted applications and had fulfilled the required service period and minimum educational qualifications as provided under Sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 35 of the Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited Employee Regulation, 2078 (as amended).

The company stated that, under Sub-regulation (1) of the same regulation, candidates obtaining the highest marks were decided to be recommended for promotion in accordance with Regulation 42, and the notice was published for the purpose of Regulation 43.
