New Office Bearers Appointed to All Three Academies

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has stated that new office bearers have been appointed to Nepal Academy, Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, and Nepal Academy of Music and Drama.

According to a press release issued on Shrawan 22, 2083 (Nepal Sambat 1146 Dillaga Navami) by Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Ministry Jay Narayan Acharya, the Right Honourable Prime Minister appointed them on Saun 20, 2083 (2083.04.20), based on the recommendation of the Recommendation Committee formed under the chairmanship of the Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.

According to the notice published by the Ministry, the details of the appointed office bearers are as follows:

A) Office Bearers Appointed to Nepal Academy

1. Kumar Nagarkoti (Sindhuli) – Chancellor

2. Avinash Shrestha (Parbat) – Vice-Chancellor

3. Roshan Sherchan (Rupandehi) – Member-Secretary

4. Pratisara Manandhar (Kathmandu) – Council Member

5. Krishna Raj Chaudhary (Dang) – Council Member

6. Sita Subba (Tehrathum) – Council Member
