In case of non-issuance of NOC letter, NOC letter from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for educational purposes; With the approval of the concerned local administration, for other purposes, the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens and the government body of the country concerned has requested for the permission of all concerned.
