Pokhara University and Ningbo University Sign MoU
Pokhara University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ningbo University of the People’s Republic of China to strengthen academic and scholarly cooperation.
The MoU was signed on December 14 during a special ceremony held at Ningbo University’s office in China. Pokhara University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bedraj K.C. and Ningbo University Vice President Prof. Dr. Dai Shixun signed the agreement.
What the Agreement Covers
This agreement sets out a formal relationship between the two universities to support friendship and mutual cooperation, promote mutual understanding, and strengthen academic collaboration.
It also gives priority to expanding academic cooperation and carrying out joint research activities in areas of shared interest.

The MoU exchange ceremony was attended by Pokhara University School of Engineering Director Prof. Dr. Vinay Kumar Mishra and Ningbo University Institute of Health Science Director Prof. Dr. He Bin. Other distinguished individuals from Ningbo University were also present.
Areas of Cooperation
Through this MoU, the two universities have agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

Organization of joint academic and scientific activities such as conferences, seminars, symposia, and lectures

Exchange of research and teaching staff

Sharing of academic publications and other materials of common academic value.
