CTEVT Urgent Notice for Educational Institutions That Deposited On-Site Inspection Fees

As per the decision of the 121st meeting held on 2068/12/08 of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, and in accordance with the notices published in Kantipur Daily on 2069 Jestha 29 and Shrawan 31 by the Council office, proposals were submitted to operate various programs at the three-year certificate/diploma level.
Further, as per the notice published in Kantipur Daily on 2071/03/21, institutions that deposited on-site inspection fees at the rate of Rs. 100,000/- (One Hundred Thousand) per program, but where on-site inspection has not been conducted, or where on-site inspection has been conducted but the Letter of Intent (LOI) is still pending, and applicant institutions interested in participating in the affiliation/approval process, are requested to submit an original application within 15 (fifteen) days (by 2082/09/14) along with the documents as per the details below to the concerned Provincial Offices of the Council or to the Council’s Central Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
Documents to Be Submitted With the Application

Proposal registration number and date at the time of proposal submission (for each program).

Copy of the receipt for depositing the on-site inspection fee.
