Nepal Police Notice to Report for Attendance
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, (Inspector General Secretariat, Legal Division).
Nepal Police informs that the following police personnel have been absent from their offices without approval from the mentioned dates. Despite searches and notification procedures under Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, they have not contacted their respective offices. Therefore, this notice has been issued for them to appear in person.
They are instructed to report to their office or the issuing office within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice (excluding travel time), along with a satisfactory written explanation for their absence.
If they fail to do so, action will be taken under Rule 113(1)(c) in accordance with Rule 109(b)(1) of the Police Regulations, 2071, which may result in dismissal from service. This collective notice provides them an opportunity to clarify as per Part 4, Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071.
