PSC Surkhet Recommends Alternate Candidate for Dailekh District Court
Surkhet. February 8, 2026 [2082/10/25 BS].
The Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office, has recommended an alternate candidate for the post of Tamildar under the Nepal Judicial Service, Judicial Group. This new recommendation was made because the person previously recommended as the main candidate was appointed to another post, leaving the position vacant.
Vacancy and Removal From the Merit List
Under Advertisement No. 14758/080-081 (Open), the main candidate recommended for the Tamildar post, Lokendra Khatri Parajuli, has been removed from the merit list.
The Commission stated that Parajuli was recommended for the post of Accountant under the Nepal Administration Service, Accounts Group through Advertisement No. 14751/081-82 (Open), which resulted in the Tamildar post becoming vacant.
New Recommendation From Alternate Merit List
For the vacant post, Ishwar Mahatara, who was in alternate merit position No. 3, has been recommended for permanent appointment.
The notice states that candidates in alternate merit positions No. 1 and No. 2 had already been recommended earlier. Therefore, in accordance with Rule 46, Sub-rule (1), Clause (d) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079 (BS), Mahatara has been selected for Dailekh District Court.
