Sudurpaschim Province Public Service Commission Officials took oath Ceremony

Province Public Service Commission Sudurpaschim Province Officials took oath:

Sudurpashchim Province chief Sharmila Kumari Pant has administered the oath of officials to the newly appointed chairperson of the Province public service commission, Sudurpashchim Province (Sudurpaschim Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog), Yagya Raj Bohara.

At a swearing-in ceremony held at the Province chief's office in Dhangadhi on Wednesday, newly-appointed chairperson Bohara administered the oath of officials to newly-appointed members of the commission Laxman Bahadur Khadka and Bhagarathi Rana.

Chief Minister Trilochan Bhatt, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Leader of Opposition Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party in the Province Assembly, Chief Justice of the Province, and Chief District Officer of Kailali were present on the occasion.

According to the province Public Service Commission Act 2076, on the recommendation of the Sudurpashchim province government, the province chief Pant had appointed the officials of the province Public Service Commission, Sudurpashchim province on the same 9th Chaitra 2077 BS.

The newly appointed chairperson of the commission, Bohara, was earlier the Chief District Officer of Kailali. He is a resident of Ajaymeru Rural Municipality-4 of Dadeldhura.

Similarly, newly appointed members of the commission Khadka Achham are residents of the Sanphebgar-10 district and another member Rana is a resident of Kanchanpur Laljhadi-10. Article 244 of the Constitution of Nepal provides for a Provincial Public Service Commission.
