TU Cancels Law Faculty Program/Section Addition Decision and Refunds Fees
Concerned campuses are instructed to apply within 30 days and collect the application and feasibility study fee refund.

The Tribhuvan University Executive Council has decided to cancel the decision and all actions related to adding programs or adding sections under the Faculty of Law. Along with this, the application and feasibility study fees deposited by the concerned educational institutions will be refunded.
This process has been moved forward based on the decision of the Tribhuvan University Executive Council meeting dated 2082/10/20. According to a letter from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Planning Directorate, the Faculty of Law has received instruction to refund all deposited amounts within 30 days.
Arrangements have been made to refund the amount to the bank accounts of the educational institutions that submitted applications. For this, the faculty has stated that the account holder’s name, the bank’s name, and the account number must be clearly mentioned for the account operated in the name of the concerned campus or college.
To receive the refund, the authorized person of the educational institution must submit an official letter of the institution along with their contact number, and a photocopy of the cheque of the bank account in the institution’s name. This process must be completed within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Concerned institutions may submit the required documents directly to the Faculty of Law, Dean’s Office, Balkhu, or send them via the faculty’s official email admin@fol.edu.np.
