Notice: Result of Open Competitive Written Examination and Interview Information
The Teacher Service Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has, under the advertisements mentioned below, published the results in roll number order of the successful candidates from among those who appeared in the open competitive (general and subject-wise) examination for the post of Lower Secondary Level (NiMaVi), Third Class, Teacher. The results have been published as per the decision of the Commission dated 2082/08/14.
The interviews of the candidates selected for interview will be conducted at the following places, dates and times. All concerned are requested to take note.

Documents to Be Brought by Candidates and Other Information

Candidates must submit the original documents as specified below, along with one self-certified copy of each document, arranged in a file.

Nepali citizenship certificate.

Admit card.

Permanent teaching licence.

Certificates of the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the relevant subject and level, and if there is a qualification one level higher in the relevant subject, the transcript and character certificate of that qualification.

Equivalency certificate if the academic degree has been obtained from a foreign institution.

One recent passport-size photograph.
-
If working in a teacher post, the temporary appointment letter for the relevant level.

Certificate of education-related training.

Candidates who have served uninterruptedly in a teacher post at the relevant level under temporary or Relief Grant quota must submit the original service verification letter certified by the Head of the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit or the Head of the Education Section of the concerned local level.

Candidates must prepare and submit a register of all the copies of original certificates brought, the original uninterrupted service verification documents, and the personal details form provided by the Commission or the personal details form available on the Commission’s website, duly filled in.

Candidates who do not bring the required original documents mentioned above will not be included in the interview.

If any candidate is found to have requested favour, made phone calls or placed any person under personal influence with the intention of succeeding in the interview, the Commission may cancel the examination of such candidate.

The scheduled interview programme will not be changed or postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

If the required minimum qualification, subject, full marks and other necessary documentary evidence are not fulfilled, the application of such candidates may be cancelled at any time in accordance with Rule 26(1) of the Teacher Service Commission Regulation, 2057.

Application for Re-totalling of Written Examination Result
Candidates who are not satisfied with the written examination result and wish to apply for re-totalling may, up to office hours on 2082/08/20, submit an application along with a copy of the admit card at the Commission’s office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
For this purpose, a revenue fee of Rs. 350 must be deposited in the following account:

After depositing the amount in the above account, candidates may submit the application with the deposit slip and a copy of the admit card within the specified deadline.
