Shikshak Sewa Aayog Secondary (MaVi) Level Teaching License Written Exam Result 2082
Teachers Service Commission has published the result of the written examination for the secondary level teaching license conducted on 2082 Kartik 22, in accordance with Rule 6Ka, Sub-rule (1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulation, 2057.
Among the candidates who participated in this examination, the candidates having the specified roll numbers, listed by province, have passed. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Important Notes

Candidates who took the examination from centres other than those prescribed by the Commission, those whose examinations were recommended for cancellation with remarks from the examination centre, and those who acted against examination rules have had their examinations cancelled.

If, while filling ink in the circular boxes to indicate the roll number on the objective answer sheet (OMR sheet), mistakes were made such as filling ink in the wrong circle, filling more than one circle, or not filling any circle, and the roll number could not be confirmed, the answer sheets of such candidates have been cancelled.

If candidates did not indicate the question set code on the objective answer sheet (OMR sheet), or if they indicated two or more set codes, the answer sheets of such candidates have been cancelled.

As stated in the notice published under Advertisement No. 43/082/83 on 2082/04/31, even if a candidate has taken part in the examination and passed without fulfilling the prescribed conditions, if at the time of obtaining the teaching license or at any other time during verification it is found that false details were submitted or that the prescribed qualifications are not met, the application form and/or examination of such candidates may be cancelled at any time in accordance with Rule 26(1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulation, 2057.
Documents Required for Obtaining the Teaching License

When coming to obtain the teaching license, candidates must self-certify and submit the following documents:
a. Prescribed application form.
b. Certificates of having passed, at minimum, the prescribed academic qualification from the Secondary Education Examination onwards.
c. Copy of the certificate of having obtained at least 10 months of training in Education (if the candidate has passed Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Education from a recognized educational institution or Faculty of Education, that qualification will be considered equivalent to training). However, for candidates who have passed Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Science, Mathematics, English, Accountancy, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Animal Science and Crop Science, training will not be mandatory.
d. Two recent passport-size photographs.
e. Copy of the admission card.
f. Copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
g. In the case of candidates who have obtained academic qualifications from foreign educational institutions, a copy of the equivalence certificate.
Distribution and Correction of the Teaching License

The distribution of the teaching license to the successful candidates will be carried out by the Education Development and Coordination Unit, Morang. The notice regarding the commencement of the distribution process will be published later on the Commission’s website.

If any personal details in the teaching license are found to be different, such details must be corrected within one year from the date of result publication. After that period, no details will be corrected.
