CTEVT Special Scholarship Program Result 2082
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an urgent notice regarding the trainee selection, merit recommendation, and result publication of the Technical Education Special Scholarship Program 2082 for Diploma/Certificate level programs in the academic year 2082/083.
Selection and Merit Criteria

As per the notice published on 2082-04-09 in Gorkhapatra National Daily, applications were invited from Dalit, Muslim, marginalized, and economically disadvantaged students from across Nepal, and from students residing permanently in 78 local levels with no access to technical education.

There were 200 seats for Certificate Level General Medicine and 30 seats for Certificate Level Medical Lab Technology (total 230 seats).

Applicants who submitted complete online applications by 2082-04-29 at 11:59 PM were considered.

Selection was done per the "Guidelines on Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission for Pre-Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate Level, 2082."

Merit order was determined based on SEE/SLC/Pre-Diploma grades.

An additional score of 1 was added for students from community schools and 0.85 for institutional schools.

Based on the total marks, the main list, pass list, and disqualified candidates list were published as per the decision dated 2082-05-27.
Admission Information for Selected Candidates

Selected main candidates for Certificate Level General Medicine and Medical Lab Technology must complete admission by 2082-06-08.

If 2082-06-08 is a public holiday, admission must be completed the next day.

Instructions for Institutions

Institutions must verify documents and retain a copy of each before admitting students free of cost under the scholarship quota.

Admissions must be as per the minimum educational qualifications specified in the guidelines.

If unqualified candidates are admitted, CTEVT will not register them, and the principal will be responsible.
Process for Vacant Quotas

If any quota remains vacant after the admission deadline, institutions must:

Publish a 5-day notice in Gorkhapatra National Daily

Invite applications from candidates in the pass/waiting list

Register applications in the main register

Select candidates based on merit within the targeted group quota

If seats still remain vacant, candidates from other categories in the pass list must be admitted based on merit.

For seats under the 78 local levels category, candidates from the same province must be admitted first.

If still vacant, candidates from other provinces must be selected based on merit.
