The office of the Kaike Rural Municipality (काइके गाउँपालिका) is located at Sahartara Bagar, Dolpa District, Karnali Province of Nepal. Kaike Gaunpalika is a local government of Nepal. Kaike Rural Municipality has incorporated in 2017 and has been providing various kinds of local government services such as Vital registration (Birth, Death, Marriage, Migration and Divorce), finest utilization of local resources, urban planning, social security, education (Basic and Secondary), Youth and Sports, Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Development, land registration, local level development projects, Social Welfare distribution, tax collection,  transportation, land registration, Water Resource and Irrigation, Science and Technology, Communication and Information Technology, Health and Population etc.

Functions and Duties of Kaike Rural Municipality:

• Infrastructure Development (Road, Bridge, Communication and Irrigation, Building and Urban Development, Electricity and alternative energy).
• Environment and disaster management (Watershed Protection, Solid waste and drains management, Water-induced disaster management, Environment protection, and climate change, Forest and land protection).
• Economic Development (Agriculture, Animals and Birds, Tourism, Cooperatives, and Industry, Land Management,)
• Social Development (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion [Children, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Natives and Ethnic group Dalit, Muslim and Marginalized Group, Physically Challenged, Women Development, and Senior Citizen], Education, Culture and Tourism, Youth and Sports, Health Drinking water and sanitation)
