VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Abt Associates is currently seeking qualified Nepali national professionals for the DFID-funded Monitoring, Evaluation and Operational Research (MEOR) project of DFID's Nepal Health Sector Programme 3 (NHSP3). The MEOR project will enable DFID Nepal to continuously improve and adapt its programme to ensure that the NHSP3 and NFPP (Nepal Family Planning Project) intended outcomes and impact are achieved. The overarching objective of DFID's NHSP3 programme is to improve the health of all people with special focus on women, children, the poor and socially excluded in Nepal, including by restoring health services in areas affected by the 2015 earthquake, and improving the quality and governance of health services nationwide.
1) Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Contract: MEOR Services, NHSP3, DFID Nepal
Term: Full time for the duration of the project (Until December 2020)
The Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor will lead the design and finalization of the NHSP3 monitoring, evaluation and learning plan and the subsequent monitoring of NHSP3 programme results. In addition, they will lead the monitoring of Nepal Family Planning Project (NFPP) results.
