As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its existing team. the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following position:
Job Title: Junior Officer IT (1)
Job Description:
- Maintain and implement network security updates in order to protect data, software, and hardware
- Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software applications software, virtualization, and all configurations
- Computer infrastructure update and maintenance periodically
- Data backup. OS installation, Configure, Troubleshooting.
- Ensure all computers and servers' working performance. install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- troubleshoot system and network problems. diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace computer parts as required. set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support, installation & configuration
Requirement/Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft server and client•based environments
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on odd time or day/night shift
