In Barbardiya Municipality, by collecting data on landless Dalits, landless squatters and squatter settlements and for land-related problems, the Land Problem Solving Commission, Data Unit for Barbardiya, Bardiya;

Since the following service group and category/level posts have to be filled through open competitive examination for service contract;

This notice has been published by the interested candidates who have reached the following qualifications to submit the application form to the office of the Executive within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Type of Vacancy: Open Competition

Exam Date and Time:

  • For Surveyor and AMIN: 2077-10-5 (12:00 PM)
  • For Data Collector, Data Entrant (Assistant Computer Operator), Social Mobilizer, and Field Assistant: 2077-10-6 (12:00 PM)

Types of Exams: - Written, Information Technology Skills Test Experimental, and Interview. (In case of Field Assistant: Interview only)

Examination Center: - Barbardiya Municipal Office, Jayanagar, Bardiya.

Application Fee: - Rs. 600 (six hundred) for Assistant Fifth Level, Rs. 500 (Five Hundred) for Assistant Fourth Level, Rs. 300 (Three Hundred) for Non-Category Level.

Method of submitting application fee: - The application fee can be deposited in the revenue account No. 1122052498251007 of this municipality located at NIC Asia Bank, Magaragadi branch.

Application Deadline: - Within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice and on the 15th day if there is a public holiday immediately after the opening of the office.

The age limit of the candidate: - In case of Purup, 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years and in case of women, 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years till the last date of application

Attached Documents: - Fill the form in the given format and submit the application fee along with the copy of Nepali citizenship, experience/training related documents, equivalence documents.

Exam program before the interview and date of the interview: - The result of the written exam will be informed when it is published.

Job Description: - Service group related.

Terms of service and facilities: - As per contract agreement.

Duration of work: 3 months for data collector and up to 6 months for other posts (term may be extended as required).

Educational Qualification:

1) For Engineering Service, Survey Group, Surveyor Post: - Passed Mathematics subject from a recognized educational institution with SLC or equivalent and passed 3-year Diploma in Surveyor, Geometry like Proficiency Certificate; Or Science (Physical Group), or Geography subject with Certificate Level (Plus Two) and at least one year of Junior Survey Training.

2) Engineering Service, Survey Group, for the post of Amin: Having passed SLC or equivalent in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and have completed at least 1 (one) year training in Surveyor Geometry.

3) For the post of Data Collector: - Passed at least SLC / SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and received at least 3 months of basic training.

4) For the post of Data Entrant: - At least 3 months of basic computer-related training from a recognized educational institution with at least SLC / SEE or equivalent and from a recognized educational institution.

5) For the post of Social Director: Preference will be given to those who have passed at least SLC / SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and have done work related to social management.

6) For the post of Field Assistant: - Preference will be given to those who have passed at least 10 classes from a recognized educational institution and are going to ride a motorcycle.

Notes:

(A) An application that has not been submitted within the time limit prescribed by the municipality or has not met the minimum qualifications or has not disclosed other specified details or has not paid the prescribed fee shall not be accepted.

(B) Candidates seeking Assistant Writer shall contact the office of the Municipality at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, this office will not be obliged to provide an assistant writer.

(C) Candidates who pass the written examination, before giving the interview, must submit the certificate of educational qualification, citizenship, original experience certified by the head of the concerned office if required for service, original as well as a photocopy of the mentioned documents for the candidate to apply. Work experience at the local level will be calculated according to the tenure of technical manpower.

(D) The candidate must disclose the details of the type/group of his / her candidature in the prescribed format in the admission card otherwise he/she will not be included in the examination.

(E) Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification by the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institution should have determined the equivalent of the qualification they have obtained from the concerned body.

(F) In the examination, the examinees must use only black ink, otherwise the answer sheet will be canceled.

(G) The syllabus prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the service, the group will be implemented.
