Eligibility for the post of Employment Coordinator:
A) Graduated from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal or equivalent,
B) At least 21 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age on the last date of application for age,
C) not disqualified for future government service,
D) Not found guilty by the court in a criminal charge of moral turpitude.
Eligibility for the post of Technical Assistant:
A) Proficiency Certificate level in Civil Engineering or Overseer or Diploma level
B) Experience and SIP The following experience and SIP will be required in the Technical Assistant.
- Have at least 3 months of basic computer skills,
- At least 6 months of experience working in a team to achieve project goals and magnitude of the project cost estimate, supervision, and final cost statement preparation and analysis for construction and maintenance of infrastructure.
C) Age: At least 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age

5) Salary facility:
- In the case of Employment Coordinator: The criteria for filling the post of Employment Coordinator and service facility will be as per paragraph 6 of 2076.
- In the case of Technical Assistant: The procedure for filling the post of Technical Assistant in Rural Municipality shall be as per Articles (11) and (13).
6) Selection Examination: In the case of Employment Coordinator: In the case of Recruitment and Service Facility Criteria, 2076 and Technical Assistant approved by the Council of Ministers of the Government of Nepal, the selection examination will be conducted in accordance with the procedure related to the recruitment of Technical Assistant. The date, time, and place of the selection examination will be announced at the time of publication of the list of preliminary qualifications of the candidates.
