Belbari Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, Belbari Morang, Province No. 1, Nepal Notice for Recruitment of Service Contract Staff for Landless Squatters and Unmanaged Settlement Problem-Solving Program and Special Project Inspection:
According to the approved program of the Belbari Municipal Office, landless squatters and squatters have to be filled in the service contract in the detailed posts for the problem-solving program and special project inspection of the municipality; This notice has been published to apply from the qualified Nepali Nagasikas. No action will be taken on the applications which have been received late and have not reached the due date.

1) Place to submit an application: Belbari Municipal Executive Office, Belbari, Morang
2) Date of submission of dismissal: The application form should be submitted within office hours from 2077-09-24 to 2077-10-09.
3) Required Minimum Qualification: The required minimum qualification for the specified posts will be as follows.
Details regarding the minimum qualifications required of the candidate:
(A) Engineer:
- 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of submission of application and in case of women not exceeding 40 years.
- Passed BE or equivalent in Engineering or Civil or Building or Architecture from a recognized educational institution of the Government of Nepal.
- Work experience in the related field.
(B) Program Coordinator:
- 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of submission of application and in case of women not exceeding 40 years.
- Passed Bachelor or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- Received at least 3 months of basic computer training from a recognized institution.
- Work experience in a related field.
(C) Surveyor:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed SLC or equivalent in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution of the Government of Nepal, Survey, or passed a three-year Diploma in Proficiency Certificate level in Geometry, or Certificate in Science, Physical Group, or Geography, and received at least one year of Junior Survey Training
- Received at least 3 months basic training in computer from a recognized institute.
(D) AMIN:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed SLC or equivalent in Mathematics subject from a recognized educational institution of the Government of Nepal and received at least one-year training in Surveyor Geometry.
- Received at least 3 months basic training in computer from a recognized institute.
(E) Data Collector:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed SLC or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- Received at least 3 months of basic computer training from a recognized institution.
(F) Data Entrant:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution of Nepal Government.
- Received at least 3 months of basic computer training from a recognized institution.
(G) Social Mobilizer:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed SLC, or equivalent, from a recognized educational institution of the Government of Nepal,
- At least 3 months of basic computer training from a recognized institution.
(H) Filed Assistant:
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age till the last date of submission of application and not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women.
- Passed at least 8th class or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
4) Documents that must be included in the application form:
(A) Copy of Nepali citizenship.
(B) 3 (three) copies of passport size photograph of both ears taken recently.
(C) A copy of the prescribed educational qualification certificate, a copy of the character certificate, a copy of the certificate with work experience in the relevant field, a copy of the computer training certificate, a copy of the equivalent certificate from the concerned body if studied abroad.
(D) Special priority will be given to those who have permanent residence in Belbari municipality and work experience in the related field. Proof of opening permanent residence will have to be submitted.
(E) Receipt of payment of examination fee.
(F) In the case of Advertisement Number 14 and 15/2077/078, preference will be given to those who have attained the educational qualification above one level.
5) Exam type:
(A) Preliminary Qualification Selection: Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their educational qualifications, work experience in the related field, computer training, and local residency. The preliminary qualification selection will have a score of 50 and a pass mark of 20. In the case of Advertisement Number 21/2077/078, the assessment will be done only on the basis of educational qualification.
(B) Experimental Examination: Advertisement Number 15/2077/078 Post: In the case of data entrant, the experimental examination will be 25 marks, and the pass mark will be 10 marks.
(C) Interview Examination: Only successful candidates in the preliminary qualification selection will be allowed to participate in the interview. The interview will have a score of 50 and a pass mark of 20. The interview will be taken on the basis of knowledge, presentation, personality and general knowledge of the relevant subject in the examination. The results will be published on the basis of the marks obtained in the preliminary qualification selection, experimental examination, and interview examination.
6) All the transcripts submitted by the candidate should be signed by him/herself saying that the copy is correct as per the original.
7) Service facility and contract period: As per the rules of the municipality and the prevailing law will be abolished.
