We are currently seeking to expand our team with enthusiastic, dedicated individuals for the following positions:
1. Junior Assistant
- Required Number: 1
- Level: 3rd Level
- Minimum Education: SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Desired Skills: Basic computer literacy
- Age: 16 - 35 years
- Eligibility: Candidates with higher education and 2-wheeler driving license are preferred
- Key Responsibilities: Member liaison, market management support, microfinance programs facilitation, and other tasks as assigned
- Work Location: Shubhtara Service Centre, Khumaltar Lalitpur
- Selection Process: Written test, practical examination, and interview
- Benefits: As per organization's policy
2. Management Trainee
- Required Number: 2
- Level: 2nd Level
- Minimum Education: SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Desired Skills: Basic computer literacy
- Age: 16 - 30 years
- Eligibility: Candidates with higher education and 2-wheeler driving license are preferred
- Main Responsibilities: Member contact and microfinance group operations
- Work Locations: One position at the head office, one at Shubhatara service center
- Selection Process: Interview and practical test
