CTEVT Bagmati Province Office Revised Service Contract Notice
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Bagmati Province Office, Hetauda-11, Makwanpur, Notice regarding call for applications for selection of personnel on service contract.
CTEVT has published this revised notice for the information of stakeholders. Due to technical reasons, changes were made and some advertisements were removed from the advertisement published on 2082.09.08 regarding selection of personnel on service contract for various posts, levels, and classes under CTEVT schools, until the end of Ashadh 2083, unless another decision is made.
Accordingly, the revised advertisements are maintained as per the details below, and other details shall remain as per the notice published on 2082.09.08.

Age limit: For Officer Level Third Class technical and Assistant Level technical posts, the applicant must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 50 years. “Age” means the age completed on the final date of application submission for the post.

Equivalence: Where equivalence determination is required for the educational qualification, a self-attested copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted mandatorily.

Professional council registration: Candidates applying for technical posts under technical and training services must submit a copy of the registration certificate showing registration with the relevant professional council related to their subject for professional practice, within the final deadline for submitting the application.

Salary, allowances, and other facilities: As per the Council’s Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069.

Place of work: The applicant must work only in the same school for which the application form has been submitted.

Applications not submitted within the deadline stated in the notice, or those lacking minimum qualification, or missing other required details, or without payment of the prescribed fee, or not duly completed, will not be accepted. If such a form is found to have been accepted, it will be automatically cancelled at any time.

Bank to deposit application fee: Deposit the prescribed fee into the account at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Hetauda Branch, in the name of CTEVT Bagmati Province Office (CTEVT BAGMATI PROVINCE OFFICE), Current A/C No. 1300100003669001, and submit the bank voucher. While depositing, the applicant’s full name and mobile number must be mentioned mandatorily.

Type of examination and marks weight: As per the marks weight and competition type, the second paper related to service will be conducted within 1 (one) hour. Objective multiple-choice questions: 50; marks per question: 2. Total full marks: 100; Pass marks: 40.

Matters not mentioned in this notice will be as per the CTEVT Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (with Sixth Amendment), and other prevailing laws.

The written examination for the same posts as above will be conducted on the same day at the same time at the location designated by the CTEVT Bagmati Province Office. Any candidate may submit an application for only one school.
