CTEVT Sudurpaschim Province Office Service Contract Selection Notice
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sudurpaschim Province Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Notice regarding selection of personnel on service contract.
CTEVT needs to select personnel on a service contract basis for the technical/training posts listed below at schools under Sudurpaschim Province, for the time being until the end of Ashadh 2083, subject to automatic discontinuation if another arrangement is made.
Therefore, eligible and interested Nepali citizens are informed to submit applications within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice (up to 2082/09/23), during office hours, by sending the application form with the following documents to the office email, or by appearing in person during office hours and submitting the application.
Required documents: attested copies of educational qualification certificates, attested copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, and the voucher for the prescribed fee.

Other provisions

Age limit: For Officer Level Third Class technical posts, the applicant must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 50 years. “Age” means the age completed on the final date of application submission for the post.

Equivalence: For educational qualifications requiring equivalence determination, a self-attested copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted mandatorily. Equivalence not submitted with the application will not be accepted.

Professional council registration: Where required, candidates applying for technical posts under technical and training services must submit a copy of the registration certificate showing registration with the relevant council and/or professional organizations required for professional practice related to their qualification.

Salary, allowances, and facilities: As per the Council’s Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (with Sixth Amendment).

Place of work: The applicant must work at the constituent schools designated by the CTEVT Sudurpaschim Province Office.

Applications not submitted within the deadline stated in the notice, or those lacking minimum qualification, or missing other required details, or without payment of the prescribed fee, or not duly completed, will not be accepted. If such a form is found to have been accepted, it will be automatically cancelled at any time.

Application fee: Deposit the prescribed examination fee according to the category below into the account of the CTEVT Sudurpaschim Province Office at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Account No. 4170100006508001 (CTEVT SUDURPASCHIM PROVINCE OFFICE), scan the original voucher, and attach it. While depositing, the applicant’s full name must be mentioned mandatorily on the bank voucher.

Type of examination and marks weight: As per the marks weight and competition type, the second paper related to service will be conducted within 1 (one) hour. Objective multiple-choice questions: 50; marks per question: 2. Total full marks: 100; Pass marks: 40.

Matters not mentioned in this notice will be as per the CTEVT Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (with Sixth Amendment), and other prevailing laws.
