Deprosc Nepal Vacancy for Social Instruction

With the assistance of the US International Development Agency (USAID), Winrock International is operating a Knowledge-based Integrated Sustainable Agriculture (Kisan) 2 project in 25 districts in 4 provinces with the aim of bringing sustainability, inclusion and income growth in the agricultural sector.

The Professional Literacy Division of the project is leading the business by training more than twenty thousand five hundred participants who live in 944 locations within the areas mentioned below in the first phase of the 10-month long training.

Due to the need for some community trainers to work part-time for this vocational training, the application has been challenged by aspiring Nepalese citizens who have the following qualifications and experience.

The main tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the selection of participants.
  • 2 months at Local Level (2 hours daily, excluding Saturdays)
  • Conduct vocational literacy training.
  • Examine the participants before and after the training.
  • Facilitate participation for business development.
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and study, coordination.

Minimum Qualification and Capacity:

  • Proficiency certificate level (10+2) or the like
  • Not working full time in other organizations.
  • Candidates can facilitate professional work.
  • Previously worked as a Community Trainer or Local Resource Person and affiliated to candidates from the respective wards.
  • Proficiency in social operations and computer applications.
