Dhangadhimai Municipality (Nagarpalika), Municipal Executive Office Notice regarding service contract for Staff Nurse, HA, AHW, ANM, LT, Radiographer, Vaidya, Kabiraj

Due to the need for manpower including health workers to work in Nayanpur Hospital, Natural / Ayurvedic Hospital, and Basic Health Institutions operating under the office of Dhangadhimai Municipal Executive Committee, the following posts and numbers have to be filled in the service contract; Interested and eligible Nepali citizens are requested to submit the application form within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the certificate of Nepali citizenship and certified copy of educational qualification and a copy of the gross receipt of revenue filing in the municipality.

Educational Qualification Required Number:

For Staff Nurse: Passed certificate level PCL Nursing (Staff Nurse) from a recognized educational institution.

For HA: Passed Certificate Level (Health Assistant) from a recognized educational institution.

For Radiographer: Passed Certificate Level (Radiography) from a recognized educational institution.

For Kaviraj: Passed certificate level (Kaviraj / Ayurvedic) course from a recognized educational institution

For Lab Technician: Passed the course from a recognized educational institution (Medical Laboratory Technician).

For ANM: Passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution.

For AHW: Passed ANM / CMA course from a recognized educational institution.

For Vaidya: Passed Vaidya / Ayurvedic course from a recognized educational institution.

For Ambulance Driver: General literacy

Office Helper: General literacy

Sweeper: General literacy

Note:

1) Deadline for submission of application: Within 15 hours of office hours from the date of publication of the notice (the day after the last day off), the application which has expired will not be accepted.

2) Application Fee: Rs.800 for Staff Nurse, Health Assistant, Radio Professor, Kaviraj, Lab Technician, Rs.600 for ANM, AHW and legal post, Rs.500 for Ambulance Driver (Light Vehicle Driver). 400 for office assistant/sweeper post only.

3) Type of examination:

(A) Staff Nurse, Health Assistant, Radiographer, Kaviraj, Lab Technician, ANM, AHW, and other posts will be selected through written, oral examination, and evaluation.

(B) The post of ambulance driver will be selected through SIP test, interview, and evaluation of other parties.

(C) The post of office assistant and sweeper will be selected through interview and evaluation of other parties.

4) Age limit: In the case of Light Vehicle Driver, Office Helper, and Sweeper, 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age and in case of other posts, the limit as prescribed by the Public Service Commission.

5) Exam Date: The last date for submission of the application will be announced tomorrow.
