1. Position: Cluster Head (Up to Deputy Manager)

Criteria:
- Age: Below 45 years as of application deadline day.
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Management/Economics.
- Minimum 7 Years of banking experience with at least 5 years experience in leadership role. (Current position of applicants must be officer & above).
- Additional Information:
- Ability to lead and drive team for the attainment of goals;
- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable business growth strategies;
- Revitalize business retention strategy and creates avenues for excellence banking service to customers;
- Candidates must be able to develop and assurance the effective implementation of marketing strategies, budgets, and plans. They must also have good credit, recovery, marketing, and product intelligence skills. Along with inspiring others and pushing the team to perform better results, the candidates should be able to coach, develop, and groom team members. He or she must be able to guide the branch to accomplish the desired results while improving the clientele's experience. In addition to having the ability to oversee the branch's overall operations and financial performance, the candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills and the capability to establish relationships with all stakeholders and the general public;
- Experience from working for commercial banks will be given more preference.
